Squiggle Flower
One of Matt W. Moore’s graphic flowers from his Spring Flowers collection was the inspiration for my Squiggle Flower. I’ll always credit his inspiration. I may be transforming this enough - we’ll see when I’m done. If not, I’ll get to start a conversation.
Matt’s work is amazing - check it out!!!

Keith's Squiggle Flower drawings - vector software programs can sometimes be a lot of fun =)
Windex and Peaches and Cream love spending time with me while I quilt - they don't try to help too often
Mirror tiles still come in handy sometimes - this time they're getting me really excited
The squiggles all have their edges turned over a leave-in applique foundation - and then they get stitched to backgrounds that get trimmed after stitching
Here's a completed squiggle with the backgrounds (yellow, rainbow, and orange flowers) trimmed after stitching
More mirror excitement after finishing the first squiggle
Background try outs and selection - I didn't end up selecting any of these, maybe I should have...
The center squiggle flower medallion is finished! And it just happens to be the same size as the center medallion in Curvilinear Energy - To finish Squiggle Flower, I think I'm going to make 8 more squiggles, two for each corner placed similar to CE's yellow feathers
