Happy New Year!

Resolutions Anyone?

I’ve already been exercising more, eating better, drinking less, and spending a reasonable amount of money in the right places. In 2023 I’m going to work on my spirituality a little bit. And I’m going to engage better with my friends. I had a fair amount of social activity in 2022 but maybe I wasn’t always totally present. This year I’m going to be there, with my people, and enjoy all the moments.

Christmas Stars for a New Day

On New Year’s Day, I finished the quilting on Christmas Stars. It felt really good. Sometime in the next 11 months, the binding is going on and we can enjoy Christmas Stars all holiday season this year!

32 tournaments in 2022 - won a few, cashed in many, only embarrassed myself a couple times… =)

First two tournaments of 2023 are this weekend - the Mesa Senior Open and a local senior semi-pro event in Phoenix. Let’s start strong!

Next Time

The new Scrap Petal Garden applique class is all planned and the handouts and teaching props are all ready to go. Now the fun will be deciding which personal project(s) I get to work on next. It could be any of these:
